Improving our communities and supporting nonprofit organizations just makes sense. BEK offers grant opportunities through the Community Partnership Program, Foundation for Rural Services (FRS), and Rural Development Finance Corporation (RDFC), helping local groups take on projects that make a difference.
As a member-owned cooperative, BEK lives and works in the communities we serve. That's why we invest close to home, helping local organizations fund projects, rewarding students who are working toward their goals, and supporting the events that bring our communities together.
Rewarding Outstanding Students
BEK has helped college-bound students in our cooperative communities for more than 25 years. Whether you're a high school senior choosing a school or a current student at the University of Mary or Valley City State University, a BEK scholarship could help pay for your education.
Marketing Support and Sponsorships
BEK loves helping the groups and organizations that keep our communities strong. It's part of our mission as a member-owned cooperative. We sponsor causes and events within our cooperative area that encourage cooperation, participation and spirit, as well as education and economic development.
