Marketing Support and Sponsorships

BEK is proud to support the events that make our communities great places to live. We sponsor causes that build community spirit, cooperation, education and economic development.
From cash sponsorships, cups and napkins for public events, bottled water, silent auction items, and free Wi-Fi, BEK wants to be a part of your nonprofit, community-based event. Requests must be submitted by an event organizer, and all events must take place within the BEK service area.
Before You Request
Who can request: Tax-exempt, nonprofit or community-based organizations. Requests must come from the event organizer, and the event must take place within the BEK service area.
When to apply: At least 30 days before your event

Review: Our marketing team reviews every request and will contact you with their decision. Larger events or special items may need more time and management approval.

What BEK Can Provide
Each request is considered individually. Support may include money, services or materials, depending on availability. All contributions are at BEK's discretion.
Cash Donations
BEK's Marketing Department handles cash donation requests of $500 or less. Larger requests may take longer and require approval from BEK leadership. Cash donations require the BEK circle logo on any promotional materials for the event.

Branded Items
Cups and napkins: Up to 1,000 BEK-branded cups and/or napkins for community events hosted by public groups such as churches, schools, and civic organizations (not for personal use or individual profit).
Bottled water: Up to 20 cases (480 bottles) for qualifying organizations or events.
Silent auction basket: A basket of BEK-branded items and local products, valued at about $250 to $500, for fundraising raffles or silent auctions.
Wi-Fi at Your Event
BEK may provide wireless internet at certain events, depending on location, available infrastructure and other logistics.

Sponsorship Request Form
Complete the online sponsorship request form at least 30 days before your event. Our marketing team reviews every request and will contact you with their decision. After you submit online, you'll get an email from DocuSign asking you to sign to finish submitting. Prefer paper? Fill out the form, select Create PDF, and mail it to BEK Communications Cooperative, Attn: Marketing, PO Box 230, Steele, ND 58482.
